Windows 10: kmode exception not handled when trying to install windows

When trying to install A fresh windows copyI created it with the media creation tool every time I try to boot to the installation window it gives me a blue screen error Kmode exception not handled I tried using a different USB stick Upgrading my motherboards biosI tried using a DVD that has a windows copy on it nothing worked for me The pc is newly built by meI tried putting a hard drive with windows pre-installed on it and it boots up fineBut when trying to install a new windows it just gives me this error before even reaching the installation window

Trying to Install Windows 10 - Kmode Exception Not Handled

I just downloaded Windows 10 install onto a USB and am trying to install it. However when I launch from the USB all that it says is Kmode Exception Not Handled. What can I do to fix this issue?

1. Did you installed Windows 10 on this computer before?
   
2. Are you trying to install Windows by booting from the disc or USB?
   
3. When you says MBR – GPT, May I know the complete error message that you are receiving, when you are installing Windows?
   
4. Did you unplugged all the external device, apart from Mouse and keyboard?
   

Usually, IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL / KMODE EXCEPTION HANDLED errors are seen if there are faulty hardware, drivers or anti-virus programs. As you are trying to install Windows 10, you can try the steps to perform a Custom Installation
of Windows 10 by booting from a disc or USB.

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL could be due to faulty hardware problem, faulty system service problem and KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED could be due to Hardware incompatibility and Faulty device driver or system service
