Windows 10: kmode exception not handled when trying to run Chrome on windows 10

Whenever I try to open chrome it opens a window that's all white and nothing happends. A lot of the time it will crash my laptop and give me the kmode exception not handlet error, but won't tell me more.

From googling around it seems it's a driver issue but how do I find out which driver it is? The crash screen does not say.

I have done a system restore, removing programs and files and then tried to download Chrome. Other browsers do not seem to crash it (IE, Firefox)

I get notifications to "search for unit error" (translation) and clicking it restarts the pc and searches drive C for errors. Then when I log in again I get the same notification.

EDIT: Running sfc /scannow resulted in "KERNEL DATA INPAGE ERROR"
