Windows 10: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED 1e

Hi, I'm getting BSOD error KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED 1e or completely freeze at with random interval recently, and I don't know what the cause is.I've try the following:memtest86 to test ramreinstalling windows 10 and try using different version of it.updating hardwares' driver to newesttrying CPU and GPU stress testupdating BIOSbut I can't identify what cause it.Here's my last minidump fileshttps://1drv.ms/u/s!AqB6K3f0bbp4-iuoCDMBK_VI351K?e=5Uklmxif somebody can help me?

I often get BSOD ramdomly during boost and while using. I can't find a way to fix it.
