  1. KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED BSOD Persisting Despite Troubleshoots


    Good Afternoon, I have been having quite a few issues with my machine BSODing at random moments whenever I do anything intensive with my PC launching a game, etc. I have checked most of my drivers, updated my BIOS/Chipset Drivers/Video Drivers, ran sfc /scannow and other cmd promts, and plenty more. I have attached my most recent minidump file, could anyone please help me find a solution to this issue? Thanks!062025-21140-01.dmp

    I am writing to provide an update on the ongoing issue with a user's computer, which has been experiencing frequent Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) errors.







    Background:



    The user has been encountering recurring BSOD errors on his computer for some time now. Despite several attempts to resolve the issue, including reinstalling Windows and updating drivers, the problem persists.







    Chronology of Events:



    Initial Incident: User reports encountering the BSOD error and subsequent random restarts on their computer. IT tech suggests reinstalling Windows as a potential solution.



    Reinstallation of Windows: IT technician proceeds to reinstall Windows on User's machine, but the issue recurs shortly afterward.



    Driver Updates and Hardware Checks: IT tech updates all drivers and runs diagnostics to check for hardware issues. I also replaced the RAM module, suspecting it might be causing the problem. However, the BSOD errors persist.



    Laptop Replacement: Eventually, User's laptop is replaced with a new one, but the problem continues even with the new device.



    Further Troubleshooting: IT tech continues to troubleshoot the issue, replacing the docking station and updating Windows to the latest version. However, the BSOD errors persist despite these efforts.
