Windows 10: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED constat BSOD's

I was trying to fix it, but there is no fastboot setting it is not even in the panel and no ELAN in msconfig.Drivers is uptodate, also have found that iGPU can cause it, but I cant find it in Device Manager.Please hlep, dealing with it for 2 weeks, 2 timers reinstalled windowsSpecs:- I7-2600- 8GB ddr3 ram- gtx 760 2gb- 128 ssd for system- 1 tb hdd- dvd drive- 500w PSU iircOn my other personal pc, i was havinng bsod issues with sata cable that i am using now. This sata cable was causing crashes, but I disconected it in this i7 pc, and it not fix it,

BSOD kmode_exception_not_handled

Today I was playing left 4 dead 2 and suddenly got a BSOD with the following message: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED.
I immediately used dm_log_collector hoping it would help resolve the issue.
I had a previous BSOD long time ago but it was different and never had it again and for that they suggested to run memtest but I haven't had the time.
Also my PC used to reboot itself but it turned out it was an issue with my mains power (it is already fixed and it hasn't happened again).
edit: Could it be a RAM issue?
