Windows 10: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED Error

When I try to upgrade to windows 11 from windows 10 I get a KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED error. I tried to reinstall the GPU drivers, update BIOS and other stuff but it hasn't changed anything. My PC does meet the minimum requirements. What else should do?

Windows 10 KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED blue screen, happens daily.

The KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED bug check has a value of 0x0000001E. This indicates that a kernel-mode program generated an exception which the error handler did not catch.
