Windows 10: kmode_exception_not_handled

My moms computer is having kmode_exception_not_handled constantly and everything I've tried so far has not fixed it. I've updated windows, restored windows to an earlier version, ran memory diagnostic and replaced the ram with some other ram that i had ram I know to be good and we still have the blue screen of death every few minutes.


I've been looking at the dump files for the system but am having a hard time understanding exactly what is wrong here is a link to one of the dump files

any advice would be appreciated!


in addition to that dumpfile i have another from the same system that has some slight differences, not sure if the differences matter or not.

Windows 10 KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED blue screen, happens daily.

The KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED bug check has a value of 0x0000001E. This indicates that a kernel-mode program generated an exception which the error handler did not catch.
