Windows 10: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANLED BSOD and complete screen freezes

KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANLED BSOD just seems to happen randomly but almost never with steam games upsometimes i get complete screen freezes, as in my monitor's feed is still and nor my keyboard or mouse work. I haven't tried waiting a while to see if something happens but if needed I will wait next timedump files from bluescreenveiwer: minidump bluescreenveiwer.txti dont know if the dump files are good enough, if not then i can do it another wayAlso, if it is a graphic's driver issue then i'd like to point out that i've updated it directly from the website and through their official applicat

BSOD and freezing

Yesterday I started up my laptop from hibernating and it freezes, after restarting several times I get a BSOD which freezed on the BSOD one time.
After restarting again the laptop freezed at the Welcome screen.
I have had the freezing before, it was gone for about 2 months.
I did not install any new hardware.
Now it seems to run fine again.

But what is causing the freezing and the BSOD?
I bought this laptop last January.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Windows 10 BSOD freeze after sleep + blue screen on boot

I had the following problem:

I just fresh installed Windows 10 on my ThinkPad t450s and crashed after every sleep.

When the laptop is in sleep mode and I open it and press a key to wake it up:

• BSOD appears directly saying "Your PC ran into a problem and needs a restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you. (0% complete) - [...] CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED";
  
• OR login screen appears but everything is laggy and then the BSOD appears;
  
• OR once I've got as far as the desktop using the fingerprint device, but then the BSOD appeared, this time without the error name.
  

Never did the percentage change from 0% before the computer rebooted.

I updated the graphic card drivers and the Wi-Fi drivers, deactivated the quick boot and tried many bizarre suggestions from the internet, but nothing helped.

Now since the last sleep crash:

The computer doesn't work at all, it shows an empty blue screen after each startup.

I tried to repair Windows using the Windows 10 USB stick, but it fails to find anything wrong or to restore a previous build.

I found this post suggesting to delete a driver but I don't know how to do it as my drive is encrypted using BitLocker and the command prompt is telling me to use to control panel to unlock it.
