Windows 10: KMSELDI Virus?

Hello, I have come to ask for help to know if the KMSELDI activator is a virus and how to eliminate it, you see, I bought a notebook with windows already installed and the first time I turned it on I noticed something suspicious, the notebook came with office but I did not give it importance since I don't even use it. Well, I see that the notebook, even if it does not have the best components, without having the browser open, the cpu reaches 100% and the ram, like 80%, doubts: Can there be hidden processes? Well I knew that KMSAUTOPICO was an activator but I see that it says that it is created
