Problem with USB Bluetooth Dongle TP-Link UB400

Hi, I tried many different troubleshooting steps and none seem to work, it shows up as KOGA dongle Bluetooth headset when all it is a small dongle. No devices pop up in discovery mode either. I tried both the generic Bluetooth adapter driver and the CSR 4.0 driver that TP-Link's website had me download neither worked as no devices show up in discovery.

 

My Ugreen CSR 4.0 cant find my devices

Hello please help me. My ugreen bluetooth 4.0 adapter cant find my devices. i bought it so i can play wireless dualshock4 on my computer, but it cant detect it. also on its properties it says Manufacturer: Koga / Model: dongle / Category: Bluetooth Headset.
Please help. i have the latest version of windows 10

Hattori Hanzo should never had have his own faction. Would have been more awesome to have the Sanada Ten Braves. lol And their leader is supposedly one of the best ninjas that ever lived (Sarutobi Sasuke).

The ninja aspect would have been more interesting too if the 4 main clans are represented. Hanzo is Hattori, with a rivalry with the Fuma, while Sasuke is Koga, with a rivalry with the Iga.
