    I have a windows 10 and I am having trouble with installing the Kotion 3505 headset Bluetooth device. It connects but I cannot get the windows to give me the option of sound option/configuration.

    I cannot find the drivers for the Kotion 3505 so that I can get the Mic working on this Bluetooth headset. Can anyone please help me?

    Hi Max,

    It is possible that the device driver for Kotion 3505 itself is missing. You can simply reinstall its driver by downloading it on your mic's support website. Alternatively, you can attempt to reinstall the driver by restarting your PC while the mic is plugged
    on your computer. That way, Windows will attempt to reinstall its driver.
