Your concern related to the performance of your device when running games can be due to its software configuration and/or hardware related issues. To better understand your concern, we'd like to know the following:

• The last activities performed on your device prior to your concern.
• The version and build of Windows 10 Enterprise N that you're using on your device. To check this, you can perform the steps posted on this

The "N" editions of Windows 10 include the same functionality as other editions of Windows 10 except for media-related technologies. The N editions don't include Windows Media Player, Skype, or certain preinstalled media apps (Music, Video, Voice Recorder).

In the meantime, we'd recommend performing a clean boot in Windows to isolate software conflicts on your device. To do this, you can perform the steps posted on this

link. In the clean boot environment, check the specified gaming applications and see if there will be a difference in terms of frame per second (fps). The link will also provide steps to isolate the possible cause of the issue. Once you're done troubleshooting,
check the How to reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting section to revert your device to normal boot.

N97 and N-Gage

One of the reasons I wanted the N97 was to have access to the N-Gage games. However, I don't see the N97 listed as a compatable device on the N-Gage page and I don't see any of the N-Gage games in the Ovi store. Does anyone know if I can get N-Gage games
ont he N97?

N97 and N-Gage

My UK version (delivered yesterday) doesn't appear to have N-Gage installed but did come with Spore, Guitar Rock, Brain Challenge and JoikuSpot. I've been browsing with the N97 this morning and one of the pre-installed bookmarks is for N-Gage. Clicking on
it took me to the N-Gage website and clicking on 'Supported devices' showed the N97. So I scrolled down further to Step 3 and clicked on the 'Download N-Gage' link. 10MB later and the installer told me it wasn't supported on this device!



Browsing to N-Gage.com from my PC and clicking on 'Supported Devices' shows only a subset of supported devices. clicking on the devices link under "Don't see
your device" takes me to
here which does show the N97 and lists the N-Gage games it supports but no link to download the application.
