  1. L2TP/IPsec with pre-shared key refuses to connect

I am running Win 10 Home, 10.0.18393 Build 18363. I am trying to connect to my work VPN L2TP/IPsec with pre-shared key. Back in March I was able to connect. I then I switched to my work PC and connected to the same VPN with no issues. Now that I moved my work PC to my office, I am trying to use my personal PC to connect to the VPN and it refuses to. I have done most of the "fixes" out there, i.e. disable Xbox network, regedit adding a line, turned off firewall defender, not using an other, checked ports etc... I feel I have tried them all and it will not connect. I keep getting the same error 809. I am hoping someone can give me some insight since my last resort is to reinstall windows I don't want to do this.

    Thank in advance.

    :)
