Windows 10: "label and insert a blank media bigger than 1gb" on 4.7G DVD

Discus and support "label and insert a blank media bigger than 1gb" on 4.7G DVD in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I'm trying to do the image backup on windows 10, I have tried twice. the first time: I got full write of 1st 4.7G disc and then continue as well. but...     I'm trying to do the image backup on windows 10, I have tried twice.

    the first time: I got full write of 1st 4.7G disc and then continue as well.

    but the second time: I got not full write of 1st disc the disc just write half of 4.7G DVD and then show "label and insert a blank media bigger than 1gb" without any other error message.

    I didn't change any setting or steps during operation, just follow the steps of display.

    Any idea?

    thankyou. but 7G is non backlit mechanical..and i already tryed to manual install the driver from steelseries engine...but theres no 7G keyboard on the list..

    When I attempt to burn an audio CD I create an play list, select audio CD, put a blank unformatted CD into my CD/DVD burner. Media player then opens the CD tray and says " insert blank CD". I insert another blank CD, same thing happens... any suggestions?

    That is because it is discontinued hardware and no longer supported by the manufacturer.
