Windows 10: Labtop not loading up Has 3 Icons on the bottom right

I have an Acer Nitro 5 laptop, and it won't load up fully to the login screen of windows. Every time I boot it up it goes straight to a screen that has 3 icons on the right, Wifi, Navigation, Power Off. I've been looking for solutions to fix this and none of them seem to work. I leave it open for a few minutes and it comes up with the login screen. As I proceed to log in it brings me to my desktop which is frozen on the screen, has no buttons to press. May anyone help me with my issue?

Icons not loading

Icons are loading, but the TPU logo in the top right on the forums is gone.

 

Extremely slow labtop

I have a dell labtop with windows 10, at least I think it has windows 10, it literally updated itself, and today I literally spent an hour and a half of my life waiting for it to load. It’s so slow that the taskbar icons don’t show up for about 5 mins.
I tried to put it in safe mode but I can’t even access the security window thing by pressing CTRL + ALT + DELETE. It poped up once, and when I tried to do the steps, it just froze... Any help? I had to post this from my phone because my labtop won’t load.

 

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.
