Windows 10: LaCie d2 Quadro 3.0 Hard Drive not installing on Windows 10

Hi,I just purchased 2 Quadra external drives. They turn on & show up in the LaCie device manager, but my system isn't recognising them. I have an HP desktop running OS Build 19044.2728 Version 21H2

• This is my new laptop and I use the lacie and win 10 first time..
• No there is system settings changes.
• No error message as such
• First i have done this,

Method 1: Open the Hardware and devices troubleshooter:

Follow the steps given below:

• 
  Press Windows + X keys on the keyboard and select Control Panel
  
• 
  Type Troubleshooting in the search bar on the Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on View all on the left navigation pane.
  
• 
  Click on Hardware and devices.
  
• 
  Click on Advanced on the Hardware and devices dialog box and click on Run as administrator (Enter the credentials if required).
  
• 
  Click on Next and follow onscreen instruction complete the Hardware and devices troubleshooter.
  

• Secondly i have also done this,

a) Press Windows + X key on the keyboard and select Device Manager.

b) Locate the USB driver.

c) Right click on the USB driver icon and select Uninstall.

d) Restart the computer. After restarting the computer, USB driver will automatically be installed.

e) Connect the external hard drive through the USB and check if it responds.

LaCie d2 Quadro 3.0 Hard Drive not recognized by Windows 10

My LaCie d2 quadra USB device is not recognized in my new acer predator 17x laptop.

Under W7, the disk was mounted frequently without any problem vía USB2 and USB3.

Now the dis is recognized but with no partitions.

No drive letter can be added from the disk admin.

But the disk still working under other desktop pc that I have (win 7 SP1)

It`s Showing No Media also but I have almost 3 TB data in it.

I found same data using different Win 7 laptop.. I saw your previous solve but it`s not working basically..

Give me a proper solution please..
