Windows 10: Lacie Hardrive Not showing in File Explorer

I have a Lacie hardrive and it is showing up in "other devices" but not on my windows explorer and it is not showing up under disk management either. The hardrive had been formatted for a Mac, and I didn't realize I'd have issues if I tried to use it on a PC. Now it doesn't show up on the Mac either and I'm worried the files are lost. Can someone assist?

Lacie Harddrive wont show up

Now I also just tried my old Lacie Rugged external hardrive and I also used this for school. Mainly to bring my work from home to school and vice versa. And with it I plugged it into pc's and macs with no problems the Lacie Icon always showed up. But now
it does the same thing as my Lacie 1tb is doing. Thanks again for the help.
