Windows 10: Lack of responses from answers.microsoft.com that resolve Windows issues

There has been no responses except to one of the last few issues I have reported with Windows 10. I find that answers.microsoft.com has not been helpful generally of late. When there is a lack of responses, what is the next step?

Is Microsoft taking any responsibility for the computers that Windows 10 is killing?

AS PER NORMAL ANOTHER "CUT AND PASTE" RESPONSE FROM A SO CALLED "MICROSOFT SUPPORT ENGINEER" THAT HAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THE QUESTION THE PERSON POSTED !!!!
