Windows 10: Lag after Dec8 Cumulative Update

I saw my PC acting up yesterday, so i restarted it, then it applied the newest cumulative update.

After that, i saw my typing in some applications, like google chrome and discord were lagging. Also my PC performance was a tad bit slower than im used to.

Things I DID:
Ran SFC Scannow, no problems

FULL Virus scan, no problems

updating keyboard driver

Anyone else know what to do? Thanks

Random lag spikes

We would like to know more about your lag issue:

• What browser are you using when you experience a lag?
• Does the lag occur in a particular game?

In the meantime, we suggest you run the System Maintenance troubleshooter. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.

June 2016 Cumulative Update impacted my Desktop

I suggest you to uninstall the Cumulative update and check if it helps.

Follow the steps below.

• 
  Go to control panel, then click on
  Programs and Features.
  
• 
  Tap on View installed updates, then find the update.
  
• 
  Right click on the update and uninstall the update.
  

And also you can temporarily disable the
Cumulative update.

Cumulative December update

I tried to download and install the December Cumulative Update from the website you had listed and did not have any luck. I received error messages stating that it would not install and it still has not come through windows update. Do you have any other
suggestions?
