Windows 10: Lag after installing update KB5030219 and KB5031217

I have recently updated my windows laptop and the system seems to be more laggy than usual and while playing gaming I am getting very low fps like 30 and high packet loss. please help, the games are unplayable. My laptop is just a year old, so the hardware shouldn't be the problem.My laptop's specs: Lenovo Legion 5 Laptop Processor : AMD Ryzen 5 4600H with Radeon GraphicsRAM : 8GBGPU : GTX 1650Ti 4GB GC256 SSD1TB HDD

Random lag spikes

Hi,

We would like to know more about your lag issue:

• What browser are you using when you experience a lag?
• Does the lag occur in a particular game?

In the meantime, we suggest you run the System Maintenance troubleshooter. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.

Insurgency wont install and run for me....

I have played and have fully updated CS and Half life 2....
I am using the newest client and installed the SDK.

I am completely blown away, if i click the desktop icon it starts the sdk and then closes, and it doesn't show up in my game list...

First mod attempt install here, followed the directions step by step on the mods website...

Any ideas?

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
