Windows 10: lag and critical error

i get really bad lag sometimes, and sometimes my screen turn black sound disappear and i have to wait 20 sec or something for it all to come back reinstalled windows 10 and windows 11 like 10 times formatting everything. i tried other ram still the same i changed motherboard and psu still the same. https://1drv.ms/u/s!AmOcP1BgbpGalBm1kjUEjLekvgUp?e=rgsiOe

Random lag spikes

• What browser are you using when you experience a lag?
• Does the lag occur in a particular game?

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.

Windows 10 critical error

I suggest you to try the steps below and check if it helps.

I would suggest you to follow the steps:

• Open the Task manager. Here’s a tip: Press CTRL+Shift+ESC.
  
• Click File > Run New Task.
• Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”.
• Type CMD.
• Type the following commands at the CMD prompt:

  Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers |Where-Object {$_.InstallLocation -like "*SystemApps*"} | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
  
• Close the CMD window.
• Check to see if the issue is resolved. If not, restart the PC.
