Windows 10: Lag on desktop since upgrading to windows 11

Since I recently upgraded to windows 11 from windows 10, my pc has ran and performed poorly. I did a clean install of it and wiped my pc, which didn’t fix it either. I can’t run two things at once, like steam and discord. As opposed to windows 10 I could run both of those and 3 games and not get any lag what so ever. So my question is, what is wrong with windows 11 to cause this much issue, is there a known fix for all of this and is it possible to go back to windows 10 To fix all of this? Any advice would greatly be appreciated Please note everything is installed on a new Samsung ssdSpecs are

Lag on Windows 11 Home 22H2 Desktop

Hi, Cindy. Thank you very much for taking the time to reply to me. Unfortunately, I don't believe this is an issue with my internet or network settings. After running through the steps you've listed and rebooting my computer a few times in between, my Windows 11 desktop is still incredibly slow.

 

Random lag spikes

We would like to know more about your lag issue:

• What browser are you using when you experience a lag?
• Does the lag occur in a particular game?

In the meantime, we suggest you run the System Maintenance troubleshooter. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.

Upgrading to windows 11

I have a few questions about windows 11...

1. How many GB it is? when my pc suggested the upgrade yesterday, it said it's about 4GB just want to be sure.
   
2. I'm using a windows 10 pro so if I upgrade, will it upgrade to a windows 11 pro?
