Windows 10: Lag spikes / PC stutters

Hello Community,I've recently started experiencing lag spikes on my Windows 10 PC. These spikes are especially noticeable in audio, I often hear cracking or stuttering sounds when the system lags.I'm sure this issue started after a Windows update or after installing some software. Since then, I've updated Windows and GPU drivers multiple times, but the problem persists.I recorded a report.html file using Performance Monitor during the 34 seconds when the lag occurred, I'm happy to share it if it helps with troubleshooting.Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!Best regards,Byst

INSANE lag spikes and stutters in fortnite!!!

I've been playing fortnite for a while now and everything has been going great, but suddenly my PC gets random fps drops and The Ping spikes from 25-500 for no reason, I've tried factory resetting my PC, Updating Drivers, and changing power plans but nothing seems to work ill send you a photo of some of the in game lag spikes, whenever i emote the game also lags and stutters.

• What browser are you using when you experience a lag?
• Does the lag occur in a particular game?

In the meantime, we suggest you run the System Maintenance troubleshooter. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.

CPU Spikes and PC Lag

So my PC is running normally without any lag spikes in Videos, Games, and everything UNTIL I open up World of Warcraft, then the lag spikes return.

Would anyone have a clue about what causes this ?
