Windows 10: Lagging problems with the Windows 10 22H2 Version

Hello Microsoft, I have recently updated my OS to the latest Windows 10 22H2 version. Since then, I have noticed that my computer is lagging. It can't load videos on Youtube, takes forever to open Google Chrome, the games I play are lagging etc. Do you think that going back to the previous version of Windows 10, which was the 1903 version, would help with the lagging I am currently experiencing? If so, can you provide me with the links from which I can download the previous version since the 10-day window has already passed? I have already tried to go back to the previous version, but uns
