Windows 10: Laggy tab problem of google

Hi,So recently, after several updates in windows 11, i have been facing numerous issues and the most crucial issues ive been facing is this lagging tab whenever i wanted to change another tab in google chrome / microsoft edge. This problem seems to happened after the latest update of windows 11. The lagging and glitching to switch to another tab comes all of a sudden and this problem occurs until now its getting more frustrating and annoying. I cant do my work and research easily with this issues distracting me all over the time. As you can see on the bottom here, here is the link of the evide

problem uninstalling google chrome

Since you already uninstalled Google Chrome using the Programs and Features, Google notifications may still be running in the background processes. We suggest that you follow these steps on how to end the Google Chrome process:

• On your keyboard, press Ctrl+Alt+Delete.
• Select Task Manager.
• Under Processes, locate Google Notifications or Google Chrome.
• Right click on them and select End Task.
• Double check under Programs and Features if Google Chrome is completely gone.

Let us know if these steps worked.

 

Google classroom is not working/accessible

I tried your suggestion but still the same result for google classroom.

 

Laggy Scroling Problem

Thanks for the suggestion. I've changed the refresh rate through the Nvidia control panel. So I did some expriment while I have my old pc which has a gtx 1060(supports 120hz), I connected my monitor to it via a Displayport cable. I didn't get laggy scrolls. I wonder if there's a problem with my new graphics card.
