Windows 10: Laggy

So lately my laptop was blue screening, I think I fixed it. Now my games are laggy even though they were fine two days ago Genshin Impact, Honkai Star Rails. I haven't touched any settings for the games so I don't know what else.I had to uninstall Nvidia as it was making my laptop crash, and tried to redownload it but no luck. I also got a stop code: watchdog violation. I did update my pc and drivers, but no luck.

graphics on my PC have been super laggy

Hi everyone, have been trying to follow this thread and have tried most things but now feel like I've exhausted most efforts..

Since updating to 19041.630 the graphics on my PC have been super laggy, I've tried to do a repair install from USB, have run SFC/DISM a million times but keep getting "Problem with BITS service... HELPMSG 2182.." in the troubleshooting.

Any suggestions from this initial bit of info.. my next step will be a clean install *Party

 

Laggy Scroling Problem

Thanks for the suggestion. I've changed the refresh rate through the Nvidia control panel. So I did some expriment while I have my old pc which has a gtx 1060(supports 120hz), I connected my monitor to it via a Displayport cable. I didn't get laggy scrolls. I wonder if there's a problem with my new graphics card.

 

Microsoft Games Very Laggy

Sorry it to so long for the reply, I lost my charger and had to get a new one. I've tried both sets of steps, and it's still exceptionally laggy. There's a 1-2 second delay between when I touch the screen and when something moves. It's happening in
other Microsoft games, too.
