Windows 10: lalasoftware scam?

Discus and support lalasoftware scam? in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I just purchased an Office 2019 product on Amazon that I thought was providing me with a legal key.     I just purchased an Office 2019 product on Amazon that I thought was providing me with a legal key. The company name is written in Chinese characters which I initially missed when looking at the purchase. The product is a card that has directions on the back I didn't realize that provides me with instructions that indicate I must watch some kind of tutorial in order to activate a key code that I'm supposed to get by going to www.lalasoftware.com and inputting my Amazon order number. If I do not watch this tutorial it says, the code once activated will report that its been used too many times. This smells like a scam to me. I called Amazon and their customer support agents told me that it was perfectly legal because they have a team, he said, that checks on these and that the page on their platform has positive reviews.     I'm convinced that this is illegal and that I've been fraudulently scammed. However I'm uncertain how to proceed.
