Windows 10: LAN adaptor blue screen error

HiI bought a LAN adaptor to connect my laptop Windows 11 to the internet. It was working for a week but after that, I noticed that when ever I connect it to my laptop, I face the blue screen error.Could you please help me with it?Best,RK
