    Lan and proxy problem, manual proxy gets enabled all the time.


    On one of my win 10 machines i have the error "Some settings are managed by your system administrator"
    when i open internet setting in ie, on other computers its fine.

    Then I noticed in win 10 settings manual proxy setup was enabled, http\s at 8080 with server loopback.

    I turned it off, but it keeps enabling,

    any ideas?

    Browser slow but the rest other downloads are as normal.

    As I stated before all of the browsers that I have tried have had the same result (Chrome, Edge, Firefox).

    Proxy is already set to "Automatically detect settings: On" and everything on "Manual proxy setup" is off so the box for "proxy server for your LAN" is already unchecked.

    Hi Ugo,

    It comes up with Microsoft Windows 10 and lots of script including:

    IP Proxy enabled: No

    WINS Proxy enabled: No

    LAN adaptor Media disconnected

    Ethernet media disconnected

    If a proxy is set its either malware or anti virus software it can scan all network traffic what is your anti virus
