    LAN connection cuts every few minutes


    Hello everybodyI have a problem, that every now and then my connection to the internet cuts off. Every few minutes it disconnects for a few seconds befor connecting by itself again.I have connected my laptop Lenovo ThinkPad X1 via a dockingstation via cable to the router.Other familymembers have the same problem but via Wlan.I hope somebody can help me thanks in advance Soda

    Good LAN party games?

    Most of my suggestions have already been listed.

    However, I found Swat4 to actually be a pretty fun LAN game, especially at smaller LAN parties.

    I highly suggest that you try these steps instead:


    • Press theWindows
      key + X button on your keyboard.

    • Go to
      Control Panel.

    • Select
      Network and Sharing Center.

    • Click on
      Internet options.

    • Choose
      Connections
      tab.

    • Click on
      LAN Settings.

    • Uncheck
      Use a Proxy server for your LAN.

    • Click
      Apply, then
      OK.
