Windows 10: Language bar cannot be docked in taskbar

After Windows 11 were installed without my consent, the problems started!!!Language bar cannot be docked! why???

Unable to dock language bar in the taskbar

I just upgraded to Win 11 from Win 10 on my Dell Inspiron 15 notebook through a Win Update prompt.

The language bar automatically appeared in the top right corner - floating. I failed to dock it in the taskbar; on checking in Settings -> Time & Language -> Typing -> Advanced keyboard settings -> Language bar options -> Language bar tab, i found the 'Docked in the taskbar' option grayed out.

Request advise how to make the 'Docked in the taskbar' option available in the Language bar tab of the Language bar options.

I cannot find the language bar. I want it permanently attached to taskbar.

So this is all about input languages. I go to the language list (Settings > Time & Language > Language & Region, where I find a list of “Preferred Languages” but not a single word about “Input Languages”. I cannot use the Add button to inputify (sorrow for the neologism) any language on the list, because there is no way to select any of them. What I have to do is to follow another set of instructions: Settings > Time & Language [> Typing; this step is omitted from the instructions}] > Advanced Keyboard Settings. There I am to click on Language Bar Option to open a Text Services & Input Languages box, where I am supposed to find “Switching Input Methods”. It is not there, but it *is* found directly under Advanced Keyboard Settings. Here supposedly I will be able to choose whether I want the Language Bar to be 1. floating, 2. docked to taskbar, or 3. hidden. I supposed I want “docked” (unless the Lang. Bar needs to have its hull graved, “moored” would suffice). But precisely that option is greyed out. This is an excellent example of how utterly frustrating and counter-intuitive W11 is. It strongly suggests that W11 is not nearly ready for release as it is, but that does not prevent MS from enthusiastically trying to force it down the throat of every last denizen of the planet.

I am Sumit here to assist you with this question.

If you uncheck the "Use the Desktop language bar when it’s available" the option in Settings, it would get docked on the taskbar automatically.
