Windows 10: Language bar disappeared for the second time. Cannot retrieve it.

I have reset everything related to the language bar and scanned the computer for corrupted files services.msc . Language bar display is set to 4 in the registry. The computer has been restarted after every action.It had disappeared once and then reappeared. Now I cannot get it back.The language option, English Spanish has also disappeared. The system continually reverts to German for some reason. Suggestions appreciated. Please see image.

Language bar shows keyboard layout not defined in language settings

Hi John thank you for the suggestion. I followed the steps and the United States-International layout disappears from the language bar until I restart the system. It is back on the list next time I start Windows.

Is there any other configuration that could be setting this layout?

 

Removing Hindi US from Language Bar.

I have applied the steps suggested by you and to inform that it worked wonderfully and solved my problem.

The unwanted Hindi US which was seen in the language bar even after removing Hindi Language has now disappeared after applying your steps.

Language bar disappears from taskbar

Thanks Vijay, for your help. I do appreciate your time and effort. I already done what you suggested and even restored the system and ran scf scans. But unfortunately, the language bar disappears every time I signed out. Of course, it is there by clicking
windows logo and space. I guess Microsoft might fix this problem.
