Windows 10: Language bar will not stay hidden

I'm using Windows 10Everytime I restart my computer, the language bar icon will show up on the taskbar. Then i'll go to the advanced settings, turn it off, and as soon as I restart again, it's back again. I can't find a way to keep it hidden or to delete the second language I can choose, and it's bothering me.Thank you for the help

Also make sure in the last step "The Text Services and Input Languages settings box" 'Hidden'

However, I suggest you to try this below method, and check if that helps.

Step: Check Language Bar is Hidden.

1. Press Windows logo and I key, open Settings
2. Click on Devices
3. Select Typing
4. Select the option Advanced keyboard settings
5. Then select Language bar options
6. Check the box: Show text labels on the Language bar
7. Then select the Language Bar tab and make sure that the
   Docked in the taskbar option is checked.
8. Click on Apply and OK to exit, and check if that helps.

language bar appear but it didn't show anything

I would suggest you to check if the language bar is set to "hidden" by following the steps below:

1. Type language in the search bar and open it.

2. Click on "advanced settings" on the left pane.

3. Under "switching input methods", check use the desktop language bar when it's available.

4. Click "options".

5. under language bar, if "hidden" is checked, select "docked in the taskbar" and click ok.
