Windows 10: language on lockscreen online wallpaperdisplayer

the web application that displays a new wallpaper on my lockscreen has started using taiwanese language and I am unable to change it back, I checked that all my system settings are in english but just the online part on my lockscreen related to tothe walpaper itself is in taiwanese,i want to know a way to change it back.

Strange language selection entries in Lockscreen

Well, I went as suggested to Settings, Time & Language, Language BUT there is no such entry as "German (Switzerland)" or "QAB Unknown Locale (qab-Latn)" as visible in the screenshot in my first post. Instead it looks like:

So again: How do I get rid of these keyboard entries? BTW: The problem has nothing to do with turning on or off the language bar indicator

 

Strange language selection entries in Lockscreen

When I boot a new Windows 10 Pro computer then in the lower right corner of the lockscreen some strange language selection options appear. (See attached snapshot). I am running an englisch Windows 10 with a german keyboard layout So - ENG with Germany keyboard and - DEU with German keyboard is ok. But where do - DEU with Swiss German keyboard and - QAB US Keyboard come from? How do I get rid of them? Which keyboard layout does Windows 10 use as default during booting?

To remove the Croatian language in Windows 10, we suggest that you follow these steps:

• Open the Settings app, select Time & Language, and click
  Region & Language.
• Under Add a language, select English, and click
  Set as default.
• Select the Croatian language and click Remove.
  
• Close the Settings app, restart the computer, and check if the issue persists.
