Windows 10: Language pack and windows update problem

Hello experts, I cannot download language pack, tried multiple times already. For months, it still didn't work for me. At around 70 percent of basic input being downloaded, it would just stop downloading. May I ask how can I fix this issue? Another question is whenever I update my computer, it takes more than 30 minutes to do so, and now it can't be updated, it will just stuck at a screen with words similar meaning to the update is in progress, please keep your computer switched on. May I please ask how çan I fix this issue? Thank you very much.

Problems in installing a language pack in Windows 10

I have the same problem, BUT the language I want to install, Japanese, is in the computer yet transparent and cannot be clicked on. Can you help me?

 

Windows 8.1 update changed the language, can't change back

Maybe, these will help... it seems it is a common enough problem.

Language packs are no longer available after you upgrade to Windows 8.1

Change your Windows display language

• Tap or click Set as primary to move the language to the top of the list. If the language can become your Windows display language, you'll see Will be display language after next sign-in appear under the language.
• Sign out and then sign back in to finish.

UP to today, searching, downloading and installing language pack is still time very consuming, very headack process! Ever MS make this process standard, easy available?
