Windows 10: Language settings - Keyboard that is not installed randomly shows up

Discus and support Language settings - Keyboard that is not installed randomly shows up in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; As seen in the screenshots, "Deutsch Deutschland" or "German Germany" appears on my keyboards for some reason after a recent update.     Language settings - Keyboard that is not installed randomly shows up


    As seen in the screenshots, "Deutsch Deutschland" or "German Germany" appears on my keyboards for some reason after a recent update. It's not installed under my Language and Region settings either. I figured out a way to remove the keyboard temporarily, by installing "German Germany" Language Pack which happens instantly. And then removing it again. The keyboard is then gone until I reboot. This is a really annoying bug since I have to swap between keyboards a lot and there seems to be no proper solution for it yet.If anyone has an idea please let me know.I've done also this As you can

    Why is Use language list only showing UK, and not US as another option in view of the steps I have taken to install it and put it at the top of my list? What is the' language bar', referred to? I don't think I have ever seen it, or am not recognising it if I had. And why is Keyboard shown as English UK when Settings is opened?

    I have no idea. I know nothing about adding languages.


    I have always understood it to mean the thing that appears if you
    Because that is what it has been set to.
    This should change it.

    Hi ChrSchPcGuy,

    There could be a number of factors as to why you are experiencing keyboard and language issue in Windows 10. I'd like to know more about your concern. Kindly provide us a screenshot of your Region & language settings so we can have a closer look.

    Meanwhile, I suggest that you remove and re-add the German keyboard layout. To do this, follow the steps below:

    1. Go to Setting > Time & Language > Region & Language.
    2. Under Languages, select English (United States), and then click
      Options.

    3. Under Keyboard, select German and then click
      Remove.

    4. Restart your computer and then re-add the German keyboard layout and set it as your default keyboard.
