Windows 10: Languages are not installed correctly in Windows 10 1903

Hi. I bought a brand-new PC tower (desktop PC) and I also bought the Windows 10 Home from the Microsoft online store.


I installed Windows, then (without to install any drivers for my motherboard from my vendor or without to install any third-party files) I checked Windows for updates, Windows automatically downloaded and installed new updates + drivers for my devices and after 2-3 restarts, when all updates are finished I went to Settings -> Time and Language -> Language and I installed the Language pack for the second Language I have (Greek) to be able to make Windows to appear in this Language.


So, when I done this, I signed-out my PC, and then I restarted also the PC and I checked again my PC for updates (without Windows to find any new updates). Since then, I encounter this situation:


My Start menu, Desktop, My Computer (explorer) are all appeared in Greek (this is the correct behavior) BUT the Settings window plus the options inside the Settings are still in English!! And in some Settings pages also, there are mixed English with Greek!

I also ran DISM and SFC (to correct the issue). For my surprise SFC found corrupt files and fixed them, without to have install any 3rd party files / programs / drivers!! Only Windows and Updates were installed in the machine...






The issue still remains!


What can I do next? Is this a BUG? Is this a known problem?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Windows 10 Installed in the Wrong Language?

Thank you for your interest in Windows 10.

To assist you better I would like to know, what was the base language for your previous Operating system?



I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Remove the Existing language.

• 
  Press Windows + X on your keyboard.
  
• 
  Select Control panel.
  
• 
  Select language.
  
• 
  Click on the Option adjacent to the
  Existing language.
  
• 
  Click on remove under input method.
  

Step 2: Add English Language.

• 
  Press Windows + X on your keyboard.
  
• 
  Select Control panel.
  
• 
  Select language.
  
• 
  Click on Add language.
  
• 
  Add the English language from the given list.

Windows 8.1 update changed the language, can't change back

Maybe, these will help... it seems it is a common enough problem.

Language packs are no longer available after you upgrade to Windows 8.1

And, sort of the same here --> Add a language or keyboard
