Windows 10: Lap top top numbers and right arrow key seems start and stop only numbers 5 and 6 work

I need help with my laptop for some reason on the laptop the keys ranging from one to o except 5 and 6 don't work or I should say properly when ever I press's on them, they don't work, or they do but only for a short time, but then it starts to stop and go again, and also my right arrow keys is just like my top row numbers on my laptop. I've tried every thing such as updating my driver turning on and off filter keys and num lock so as a last resort I came here and for more on help the problem I'm facing

How to fix top row number keys not working, except for 5 and 6

So, one day I went onto my PC, and I usually use the number keys from the top row instead of the number pad, but suddenly they don't work anymore.

The only top-row number keys that work is 5 and 6. I've tried a number of ways, including to do Ctrl+Alt+Fn or Ctrl+Windows Key+Fn but they don't work at all. My number pad works but it's annoying when I try to use the top rows and forget they don't work anymore. The rest of my keyboard works as fine as usual.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks, but like I said before, this is not a hardware issue, and I know this because when I press shift+one of those top row number keys, I do get the capital letters corresponding to the keys below them. As an example, shift+one equals Q, shift+two equals W, etcetera. As for the arrow keys that are malfunctioning, shift+down arrow key equals right arrow key, and with the actual right arrow key I can't get any input no matter what I do.

I'm on windows eleven, and when I press those keys regularly, my laptop doesn't detect anything. I've double checked by using those websites that show you which keys you're pressing on your keyboard. This is an issue because I don't know how to re-map keys that my laptop is not detecting.

This is what I know:

• It's not a hardware issue, and I know this because when I press shift+one of those number keys, I get the capital letters corresponding to the keys below them. • It's not something that can be solved by changing the keyboard's language or layout. Trust me, I have tried.
  
• Deleting StickyKeys as someone indicated on another thread did nothing.
  

Also, sorry I forgot to mention:

• My keyboard doesn't have a num lock key
  

• It's the keyboard that comes attached to my laptop, so it's not a bluetooth or USB connection issue
  
• I've already restored Windows (11), but that didn't help.
