    Lapel Mic not showing up


    Hi, I recently bought a lapel mic with a 3.5mm jack, but when I plug it in the computer doesn't recognise it to allow me to select it as an audio device.

    Lapel Mic is not working in Windows 10

    Dear Microsoft, I have bought a lapel mic yesterday (https://www.amazon.in/Drumstone-Professional-Microphone-directional-Cancelling/dp/B077D748KL). Its working fine in my Windows Phone but it is not working in my Windows 10 PC, I have bought a port splitter
    also to make sure that the mic port is compatible or not, that splitter works in other mics but not in this one, I had also tried to update lapel mi driver with Device Manager but it was saying "The best driver for this device is already installed in your
    PC"... Kindly please help me !! THANK YOU !!

    Lapel Mic is not working in Windows 10

    Hi,

    It could be a compatibility or driver that's causing the issue, reason why your lapel mic isn't working on your computer. However, since the Device Manager said that you have the latest driver, we would like to know if you've tried to check on the manufacturer
    website of the mic. for its latest driver as well. If not, we suggest that you do so. Have you checked if the issue persists in other Windows 10 computer?

    Dear Carlos, The mic which I am using is a simple local lapel mic, I have searched for drivers of this product but I couldn't found. I used this mic in other's PCs also, in all Windows 10 PCs it is not working but in Windows 7 PC it is working fine. PLEASE
