Windows 10: Laptop Acer Nitro 5AN515-58-749F fail to boot after Windows 11 update to version 24H2

Hello everyone,On Friday December 13, 2024 I received a notification to update to Windows 11 24H2 so I did that. Until then, I was up to date with all Windows 11 updates. Except for the BIOS update, which I noticed a little later and brought it to the latest version v2.16 from v2.05, according to the Acer support page, where in version v2.14 there is a correction for "Update chipset security integration for Windows 24H2".The installation was completed and required a restart. Since then I have not been able to boot into Windows.The configuration of the laptop described in the title comes with

hey so the backlit on my keyboard isn't working for some reason. It was working like around an hour ago, but now it ain't working for some reason. someone please help.

There are no currently listed problems resetting version 24H2 of Windows 11 and no specific steps you need to perform, are you experiencing any problems with that insider build that is causing you to perform a Windows reset?

 

Intel Chipset Driver Update Issue on Acer Nitro V 15 ANV15-51

Hi everyone,

I recently tried to update the Intel Chipset Driver on my Acer Nitro V 15 ANV15-51 laptop to version 10.1.36.7. However, I encountered an issue during the installation process. The driver failed to update, and I’m not sure why.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, how did you resolve it? Any insights or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated!
