Windows 10: Laptop acting strange after I put it to sleep

Hi! My laptop has been acting a bit wonky and I'm hoping for some insight.I had some issues with audio recently, so I reinstalled all the latest windows updates and my audio driver although my sound output device had somehow been switched to my second monitor and that's all that really needed to be fixed. I'm concerned that this new issue might be update or virus related.At night before I go to sleep I always put my laptop on sleep mode. Often it will shut off completely by itself because of the lapse of time between then and the morning. The past few mornings I found my laptop still on but

Suggest you to plug in an external keyboard to the laptop to check if that helps.

Further you may also use the onscreen keyboard to check if that helps.

Follow these steps to launch the On-screen keyboard:

  Press Windows key + R to get the run window.
  
• 
  Type “osk” and hit enter to launch the On-screen keyboard and check if this helps.

Windows 10 acting weird after sleeping

I have an msi ge72 6qf laptop and normally everything works fine but sometimes after waking it up from sleep the computer will startup like it restarted, it does not let me change screen brightness, Bluetooth does not work, and it freezes on the shutdown
and restart screen. This only happens after the computer has been sleeping for awhile but sometimes it works fine. Is there any way to fix this? I've already tried updating all my drivers, updating windows, and updating my bios but its still acting strange.

Thank you for your reply. I have tried the two steps (turning of Hybrid sleep and Fast startup) you suggested but to no avail. Okay, for your two questions:

1. My laptop is a HP Pavilion 14-bf101tx, and currently running Windows 10 1903 (upgrading from 1809).
2. Nope. No error messages. I suppose the boot process was successful, however, my battery was reduced. That's why I suggest the post title as "Hibernating changes to sleep behaviour" because the battery level reduction looks like sleep behaviour.

Please inform me of any diagnostics information you might need. Thank you for your kind assistance.
