    Laptop always freezing


    My laptop keeps freezing that I could barely do certain activities with it. The freezing and lag issues happens at random. More frustrating is, other laptops who has the same specs or less seem to have better performance than mine.My laptop has a core-i3 6th gen processor and 1TB HDD. I tried upgrading the RAM so it's now 16GB dual channel but it seems like it barely made any change at all.

    Laptop freeze

    Hi guys, i can't do what both of you has suggested for this laptop cause every time it freeze in widows
    it will not be able to reload windows and i have to do a clean install. I already repeated this cycle few times.
    Anyway thanks both of you for your suggestions.
