Windows 10: Laptop and cursor freezes randomly

For nearly 2 months i have been having a problem where my laptop freezes randomly, I normally surf the web and then the cursor randomly freezes for 5 or more seconds and again unfreezes when i try to click windows button and restart the Laptop cursor freezes for 5 seconds and doesnt even open the windows menu, i tried doing literally everything , from checking for corrupt files to updating drivers but nothing has worked , if someone has solution i would be very thankful

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin

Cursor freezes randomly on Windows 7

Hi All,

I am using a Lenovo E430 and since last month I am facing issues with my cursor. It randomly freezes and to make it work I have to restart my laptop.

Troubleshooting:

Windows - Updated

Drivers - Updated

Unistalled/Installed Synaptic drivers

The issue is still the same. Any help is appreciated.
