Windows 10: Laptop Arrow Down and Right keys suddenly stopped working

Both keys simultaneously stopped working.- other keys work okay- no liquid/dirt has been spilled- there's no Troubleshooter for Keyboard in Win11. I've run a 'generic' troubleshooter- keyboard has been uninstalled, updates have been checked- on touch screen kb, both arrow commands work - when using Fn+arrow, they don't work, either- I have no aux kb to try with

down arrow key stopped working

My razor lycosa down arrow key decided to not respond at some point today. The other ones work and so does the numpad arrow if i turn off the numlock. Sounds like its just broken and im screwed, but any suggestions?

 

Arrow keys on laptop stopped working

Hello, I am using a Windows 11 Laptop and recently I spilled warm coffee (it wasn't burning hot but definitely not cold) onto my keyboard. Luckily I immediately followed the steps to save it by turning off the power and cleaning it and letting it dry for 24 hours. My PC is still functional as it was only a very minor spill however, i've noticed the arrow keys are now not working properly.

At the start, there would be times where It felt like my laptop was automatically pressing the left arrow key resulting in me constantly typing funny and getting irritated. On youtube videos it would also impact them and constantly rewind my video too. This has stopped now but it still has caused the arrow key issues.

While I can use the top arrow key to go up sentences in paragraphs and the right key to go to the end of a sentence, the left and down keys have been effected and I cannot go down paragraphs or go backwards. Everything else hasn't been impacted and it is just the arrow keys.

Any suggestions to fix it? OR if it's as a result of my clumsiness and I need to seek computer fixing?

 

Snap suddenly not working with win-key + arrow key

So snap has suddenly stopped working with win-key + arrow key, it still works when dragging the window to the edge/top of the screen using the mouse. The keys still work individually (arrow keys still scroll in web pages and win key still opens start menu)
but no in combo. I've checked in the settings and control panel and snap is enabled (also when I snap by dragging with the mouse the snap suggestions do not pop up like they used to even though the setting is again enabled.

It just stopped working about ten minutes ago and it's already infuriating since I'm at uni and often need multiple windows open.
