Windows 10: Laptop Audio and Bluetooth Problem

Good day!I would like to ask for technical support with my laptop regarding the problem stated above. The audio keeps on making the "brrt" sound randomly when I play some audio. Meanwhile, the bluetooth keeps on disconnecting my devices.Know that I already updated the drivers, uninstalled them and restarted my device but the problem persists. Do you have any available solutions?Hope you can help me as soon as possible.Thank you very much.

• What is the make and model of your computer?
• Do you get any error message?

I suggest to use a different Bluetooth speaker and check if the same issue persists. Also try using the current speaker with different computer running Windows 10 and check. As you are getting Crackles or warning sound it might be an issue with hardware.

Bluetooth dongle problem!

My problem was (got a new laptop w/ built in bluetooth) that the actual bluetooth did not connect with the PC. I didn't have audio playback problems because the bluetooth wasn't even connected to the PC. Someone on another forum said that he had a similar problem and it was due to the wireless mouse drivers he used. I also used a wireless mouse with a little receiver dongle.
