Windows 10: Laptop Battery drains to 0 after booting into Windows 11 with ASUS X571GD

My laptop battery drains to 0 after booting into Windows 11 in the first booting of the day. This issue is similar to this other question, but the ASUS laptop and Windows OS is different. My laptop is ASUS X571GD with Windows 11 22H2.If I boot into the BIOS there is no problem, the problem comes when I boot into Windows. I made a clean install after the issue was detected, but it wasn't solved.According to the question mentioned before, it is a driver problem, but I'm opening this question because I can't find the exact same drivers on my laptop. Battery drains to 0 on startup windows 11

I also have a similar issue. Asus GM501GS. I only noticed after updating to Windows 11, but it used to stay plugged in all the time.

The best way I can describe is: Battery draining rate is totally normal. Whenever I turn off computer and unplug. If I turn it on right away, battery shows fine. If I let it sit overnight, whenever I turn it on, it boots, and windows shows 0%. After a few seconds, it hibernates.

If repeat the second scenario, **** in the charger before I turn on the computer, when I reach Windows, battery is at a 100%.

It's been this way for a few months now. I already tried removing battery and chipset drivers. Power troubleshooting shows no issues

I was using windows 10 21h2 and facing this issue whenever I start my laptop battery drained to 0 percent in seconds then I updated to windows 11 and for 2 days i faced no issue but after that, the same issue is coming to my laptop, it is in warranty but Lenovo service is not good they are not able to resolve my issue and the issue is not in my battery because 6 months before when I faced the same issue the battery was changed by Lenovo but then also the issue was coming and was resolved after resetting windows but this time resetting is also not helping

 

Windows 11 battery draining in sleep mode

Hi

I have recently got this laptop from HP with windows 11

the laptop has a peculiar problem of battery drain on sleep mode. the laptop loses almost 20 percent battery in 8 hours of night and at times you cannot even boot the laptop because it has reached to reserve battery levels, and you need to search for power adapter.

searched online for help which recommended changing sleep to hibernation. did that as well but the outcome has no change.

the only solution that works is to shut down the laptop every time you don't use and that is not a solution if you want to resume your work.

please suggest how to stop this drain so that we have better battery management and life.
