Windows 10: Laptop becomes extremely slow after 20 - 30 minutes on startup

I tried everything

I factory reset my laptop

Changed battery plan to high performance

Used my laptops graphics driver(i have always used)

Reinstalled windows 11



Like when i boot my pc it runs so fast with amazing performance then slows because of chrome youtube it was stuttering and when I hop off roblox I have 63 memory usage and 4% cpu and 3% disk space and i have like 300 gb on my disk available.

Now using cmd prompt i did

Dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth

Then it said found no corrupt components

Then did

Dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth

It found a store component corrupt but repairable

Then i did

Dism /online /cleanup-imagine /restore health

It fixed it

Then did sfc /scannow

No integrity verifications then scanned for viruses and malwares and got nothing and its still doing it same by same.

Somebody please explain why its doing this

I'm hoping that I find an answer to this problem that is making me go crazy and almost throw my Alienware laptop from the 3rd floor.

The problem is that every time I turn on my laptop it boots up very quickly and it works perfectly for 20-30 when the nightmare starts. The laptop becomes EXTREMELY slow and non-functional. I have done every single "fix" or a potential solution for this
problem but NOTHING has worked so far. I got to the point where I just want to slam my laptop on the floor. Once I hard reset the laptop (by pressing the power button, I know it is not good but this is the only way I could turn off the nightmare) I could turn
it back up again and same story, 20-30 minutes of flawless performance then the nightmare comes back. According to Task Manager, when I get this problem I see that my Disk is running at 100%. So I changed the disk and installed Windows 10 again (Fresh start).
The new disk is now an SSD. The same problem kept happened but now the disk usage is 33%. In both of the previous cases, the CPU was always less than 5%.

Here are the specs for my laptop.

Intel i7-4710MQ 2.7GHz

16 GB DDR3 RAM

Nvidia GTX 880M 8GB DDR5.

Samsung Pro 256GB SSD

Western Digital 1TB HDD(removed)

As I said, I have tried EVERYTHING possible on the Internet and I'm hoping that someone can help me fix this problem. I got to a point now where I haven't used my laptop for the past month. I thought now that I post a question here and hope that someone
can help me solve this nightmare.

So far I think its an issue with one of Windows 10 automatic scans to "improve the system" but this "improvement" is making my laptop a piece of junk.

This is Tamal trying to help you with the issue
You have already taken extreme steps like reset & reinstall WINDOWS! Remaining things you need to check thermal throttling of graphics & CPU. May use some thermal monitoring software to check temperature of every component that has sensor attached and fan speed at the time of slowdown. You should install any available update from start >settings >windows update >advanced>optional update. Be it firmware driver or BIOS.
