    Laptop began to freeze after win10 update


    Hello


    My laptop began to freeze after win10 update. I tried to use restore point, resetting to default, reinstalled win10.

    But after one of update laptop began to freeze again with this error:


    The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Launch permission for the COM Server application with CLSID

    Windows.SecurityCenter.WscCloudBackupProvider

    and APPID

    Unavailable

    to the user DESKTOP-RDPLMV8\vesel SID S-1-5-21-54096838-1425680185-988012371-1001 from address LocalHost Using LRPC running in the application container Unavailable SID Unavailable. This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.


    How i can resolve this? I tried some answers from internet with regedit but it did not help me.

    Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

    When in win10:
    • Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....
    Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
    - Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

    Laptop freezes on restart

    Laptop freezes on restart even after a clean Windows install. Began after an update a few months ago, I dont remember which. Shut down works. Fast startup is off, bios is up to date.

    Any suggestions?
