Windows 10: Laptop blacks out at 60-80 percent battery

So I got my laptop's charger replaced by a computer store and they replaced it with another model. They said it was better and they didn't have it in stock. The charger worked and I'm mostly someone who manages to charge the laptop when the message appears and the first time the laptop shut down at 0 percent unbeknownst to me The message didn't appear. Then I charged it and got it working again. Anyhow after that time the laptop shut down at 36 percent and something like that. I first thought it was a settings problem. Battery won't charge past 60 percent

I have an alienware 17R3 laptop with windows 10 Pro. Windows just recently updated and now my battery wont charge past 60 percent. I want to be able to change the settings so that it will charge to 100 percent again.

 

My laptop only charges to 60 percent

I checked the warranty and it expires in May of next year. So my laptop should not be refurbished. But it still only charges to 60 percent. It's puzzling.

 

Battery not charging to 100 Percent

I checked that and it looks like it says it is off

It still says, battery is 80 percent, (plugged in, not charging)
