  1. Laptop brightness issue

When I use the keyboard to control brightness, the brightness changes incorrectly. The device is Surface Book 3. This issue has been present in the insider version in recent months. The current version is build 21318.

The brightness adjustment on the keyboard has been messy or completely out of order. When these two keys are used as F6 and F7, the functions are completely normal. If the brightness is about 50% or higher, the brightness will increase after pressing the brightness increase button, and if it is less than 50%, it will change repeatedly and stabilize at about 25%.

I noticed that the brightness adjustment in the notification center is also bad, it does not seem to be adjusted to about 33%. And drag the cursor from left to right to increase the brightness first, then decrease and then increase.
